WebI really like the rep scheme/percentages of the normal 5/3/1 by wendler. I also like only having to get psyched up for two heavy days vs 5. So I do my 531 work in two days then do volume work a different 2 days in the week. It’s a 3 week alternating program like wendler has on his website.
