WebApr 18, 2024 · They buffed frostbolt from a 1.1 modifier to a 2.0 modifier in PvP. They nerfed shatter talent from being a 2.5 modifier to a 1.75. This means the old way was 1.1 x 2.5 = a 2.75 modifier overall together. After the changes though it is 2.0 x 1.75 = a 3.5 modifier which I don’t think is what they were intending.
