WebThe whole office staff is friendly and helpful and Freddy, the maintenance supervisor, is also very helpful. It is landscaped beautiful and the other residents are very friendly. The complex is hidden enough to have privacy but close enough to walk to crown farm which is so amazing. It's also affordable for the area. I am so so so happy here. WebNov 19, 2024 · The pools were always very clean despite the beautiful mature trees canopying overhead. Easy access to recycling was also a huge plus for me. Management hosted great BBQs with music and prizes, which my son and I will miss. We also loved the 2 workout rooms for exercise and weights.

There is not an elevator which makes things tough if you live on a top level. I have had some maintenance issues that the maintenance team has worked hard to fix.
